Pets
As a Regal Oaks resident you are responsible for your pets. Per Fairfax County Animal Control Ordinance you must keep your dogs on a leash and clean up after your pet. So please have your "pooper scooper" or plastic bag in hand when walking your pet(s)! This helps to keep our common areas clean and attractive. Also, dog waste attracts rats and the Association pays monthly for rat abatement services. Keep cats safe indoors.
Common Grounds & Snow Plowing
The common grounds are maintained by Curb Appeal Landscape Management, LLC and their duties include mowing, pruning shrubs, and some trees, removing or replacing failing or dead vegetation. Note: on end unit homes they mow up to the house, flower bed, etc. to maintain a uniform appearance in the community. As a homeowner you are responsible for keeping your property vegetation cut and trimmed.
Curb Appeal Landscape Management also is responsible for snow plowing. Our contract includes street snow removal and sanding. The contract does not include the following: parking areas, sidewalks, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or homeowner property (steps & driveways). Residents are responsible for clearing their steps, driveway and the sidewalk in front of their home. Please do not salt on any of these surfaces as it severely damages the concrete and nearby plants, etc. In addition, homeowners need to keep the mailboxes and fire hydrants clear in their immediate area. Homeowners should direct any questions about services provided or needs for service to our management company.
